Academy systems · Consulting

Let systems handle the repetition.
Let teachers focus on students.

I bring an academy's scattered records into one view, and design the way it runs around how it actually works.

The person who listens is the person who designs and builds.

Attendance was steady this month, and the one missed class has been made up. Vocabulary scores have dipped slightly three weeks running, so we will adjust the review load from next week.

Sound familiar?

Plenty of records, but no clear view of a single student

  1. 01

Information lives in too many places

Paper logs, group chats and spreadsheets, all checked just to understand one student.

  2. 02

The same things get copied by hand

Absences, make-up classes and homework checks, every single day.

  3. 03

Parent meetings take time to prepare

Before each meeting, the same materials get dug up again.

What I do

No off-the-shelf product. Each system is built around how your academy works.

  • Student management system · LMS

Scattered records in one place, so each student's progress fits on one screen.

  • Operations automation

Counseling, attendance and homework tracking: the work that repeats every day, handled by the system.

  • Material production systems

Tools to create and manage class materials quickly, fitted to your curriculum.

  • Curriculum & operations consulting

Curriculum and operations designed for growth, including AI training for instructors.

How I work

The person who listens is the person who builds

  1. 1

    Listen

I follow the director's and teachers' full day, start to finish.

  2. 2

    Map the flow

Where information starts, and where it stops.

  3. 3

    Find what's stuck

Starting where the most time leaks away.

  4. 4

    Design & build

A system built for your academy, by me.

  5. 5

    Settle in

Teacher training and adjustments until it sticks.

Cases

Work I have run and improved myself

  • [LMS demo video · 90 sec]

Academy operations · English academy in Busan (11 staff · 231 students)

Attendance and make-up messages from several group chats, brought into one operations hub

  • [Mode On English study guide]

From passage analysis to exam layout, the whole material production process as one system

About

Efficiency is not about working less.
It is about giving the time back to students and teaching.

I started as an English instructor. Now I create content, consult on site, and build systems myself. I like seeing a problem clearly through analysis, and finding solutions that are unexpected yet actually used.
